Gina Waters = Last of a Dying Breed

Tisha Campbell- Martin has been in a few films and such.

BUT

She will MAINLY be known for portraying Martin Payne's significant other,

Gina.

The thing that I recently noticed about Gina's character is that NO MATTER WHAT,

she held that crazy negro down.

And THAT RIGHT THERE,

is tremendous.

Today,

there are NOT many women that would deal with a quarter of the shit that Martin put her through.

For instance,

when Martin got fired,

panicked,

disappeared,

she NOT ONLY waited for him,

but embraced his presence back in her life like he NEVER left.

Wow.

I wonder how many chicks,

today,

would do that.

Hell,

let a nigga lose his job or something..

Chicks be QUICK to catch that "you need to hurry up and make a move or else" itch!

For example.

I recall the plot between Fancy and Jamie.

I mean,

yea,

they were together and all that,

BUT,

did she REALLY believe in his dreams?

Like foreal foreal?!

I know MANY women like that though.

Want you to give up YOUR hopes and dreams,

and become a company man.

Womp.

How bout that time Martin was going to his high school reunion to stunt,

but Gina couldn't make it cuz she had that allergic reaction and all that?

She STILL showed up,

but was STILL there to hold her man down.

Or how bout when Martin got his ass beat by Tommy Hearns.

I mean,

yea,

she laughed,

but she STILL held that man down,

DESPITE IT ALL!

I heard a response from someone that went like Martin wasn't out in the streets goin' and all that was the reason why she was there for him.

Gina held him down in MORE than one way.

All that freakin THEY was doin..

Why would he NEED to go somewhere else?!

I bet she swallowed too!

It's like I say,

"Why have 5 women do one thing, when I can have 1 woman do 5 things?"

And I bet Martin agreed.

Honestly,

If I think about it,

the LAST woman I had that was playing on Gina's level would be back in 2002.

Yea.

Damn near a damn decade ago.

It was like REGARDLESS of whatever,

she was there for me.

And that right there,

was enough.
